Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Supervisor for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based on site in Cambridge.
In this role, the Customer Service Supervisor will be the go to person for a number of central Cambridge properties as well as:
Leading and supervising the welcome team to ensure a positive customer experience
Manage day-to-day operations of the welcome team, including training and scheduling
Provide a warm and efficient welcome experience for residents and guests
Handle resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution
Qualifications & Skills required:
Exceptional people and customer service skills
Previous experience in hospitality or events management preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Fluent in English with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
