We are looking to recruit for a passionate and creative Senior Sous Chef on behalf of our client, a prestigious Cambridge College.

Role Details:
·Managing the junior chefs in the kitchen
·Menu writing for formal halls and conferencing
·Stock rotation and management
·Team development
·Ensuring health and hygiene regulations are adhered to
·37 hours per week, fair rota schedule
·Constant training and guidance to further career with the company, including courses and workshops
