Multi-Trader (Refurbishment / Maintenance)
£32,000 - £37,000 DOE (Van & fuel card provided)
Permanent, full-time
Monday – Friday, 40 hours with overtime available
Working across Essex and North / East London areas
The Company:
Our client is a family run multi-disciplined construction contractor, that's been operating for over 20 years. Providing services across commercial, social housing, residential / domestic, educational and healthcare clients. You will join a team of experienced operatives which offer a complete services from refurbishment / maintenance and general building.
Works are located across the Essex to North / East London areas.
Requirements & Experience:
* Trade qualification; NVQ Level 2 or 3
* 5+ Years experience
* Experienced within refurbishment or social housing (maintenance contractors / housing associations / local authorities)
* Full UK driving license
