About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. Our school is committed to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for all our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide class-based support, cover, interventions, and catch-up booster lessons.
Enrich pupils' learning experiences through engaging and interactive activities.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils across a range of year groups in KS1 or KS2.
Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and small group activities.
Utilize your experience and expertise to enhance pupil learning and achievement.
Candidate Requirements:

HLTA qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Experience across a broad range of year groups in KS1 or KS2.
Ability to teach whole classes and small groups effectively.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.

Working Hours:

29.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
39 working weeks (44.7 paid weeks)
