Academics are working with a 'good' Primary School in Chelmsford, Essex who is looking for a creative and passionate Primary Teacher & PE Lead to join them in September on a full-time, permanent contract.

** £33,814 - £46,525 + TLR 2 per annum

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher who is passionate about education and has excellent communication skills. You will plan and deliver creative lessons that inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential as well as lead PE across the whole school.
You should be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for your students.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
QTS
Successful experience of teaching the primary curriculum
Good understanding of current theory and best practice in teaching and learning, particularly as it relates to achieve high rates of progression and how this impacts on planning
Understanding of effective strategies for managing behaviour within the classroom and in accordance with the school's policy
