Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from inception to completion
Undertake design and analysis of bridge structures
Produce clear and concise technical reports, specifications, and drawings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Contribute to business development activities and client relationship management
Adhere to relevant industry standards and health and safety regulations
Job Requirements
Significant experience in bridge engineering within the Rail and/or Highways sectors
Strong technical proficiency in bridge design and analysis using industry-standard software
Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Chartered Engineer status with a recognized professional institution (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to effectively manage projects, resources, and client expectations
