I am currently working with a company in Great Dunmow who require an additional Mechanical Assembler to carry out high quality resin work.
The role:
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the manufacture of various items by:
Weighing and mixing polyurethane and epoxy resin, hardener and fillers
Cleaning and preparing metal moulds
Assembly
Using of vacuum systems to fill moulds with resin
Sand blasting and polishing
Packing finished items
Carrying out inspection
The Mechanical Assembler we are looking for will have:
Previous experience in a mechanical assembly environment
Good eyesight
Good manual dexterity
Able to lift heavy items
Desire to learn
Flexibility
The company are offering:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 with an early finish on a Friday
