Finance & Accounting Manager

I am working with a local company who are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Customer satisfaction has been at the forefront of their business since 2002, providing high quality products to the area they operate in.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day running of the finance function within the business.

* Managing the Finance function and team - team of 3

* Responsible for the Management Accounts including, accruals, prepayments, journals and bank reconciliations

* Preparing accurate financial reports and statements

* Managing the Cash flow forecast and budget process - reporting to the Director.

* Responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders - audit

* Overseeing the Accounts Payable / Receivable / Credit Control function

* Performing analysis on market trends

* Ability to delegate tasks to team members

* Develop long term business strategies

* Payroll

* Ad-hoc duties

Must Have:

* Sage 200 experience

* Able to manage a team whilst ensuring the full finance function is running smoothly
