Recruitment Consultant role in summary:
The duties will involve the full 360 recruitment consultant role including; business development, client account management, candidate attraction and booking management.
Although the role is 360 we do offer additional help with resourcing candidates in busier times to help you keep things running smoothly

The ideal Recruitment Consultant would:
Live in to easily commute to Bishops Stortford
Hold a UK Driving Licence and have your own transport
Thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment
Have a passion for the recruitment sector and business development
Have great attention to detail and communication skills
Previous experience in running a 360 temps desk
