The Client
Is a leading Main Contractor based in London. They have been very successful over the last 5 years or so- and have a strong client based, that continues to grow.
They are now looking for a Design Manager to help with some of the most prestigious projects.
The ideal candidate would be:
A Design Manager- experienced in designing New build Hotels and residential projects within the UK- Super Prime up to £80m
* Able to assist with value engineering and buildability at pre construction stage
* Taken many high end projects from tender to completions
* Able to drive the deign team forward
* Have an ability to build strong client relationships
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Think outside the box and be a real creative thinker for the business.
* Architectural background is a must

The client will be paying up to £90k for the right person.
All work will be London based and an immediate hire too
