Their nationwide services cater to a diverse clientele, spanning from residential projects with Norfolk Housing Association to large-scale commercial endeavours in London. They prioritize safety and efficiency across all sectors.
Essential Requirements:
BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
Experience in domestic sector projects
Full UK driving license
Flexibility for commuting and completing out-of-hours/weekend work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAs an asbestos surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across various property types (domestic, commercial, and industrial)
Compiling comprehensive reports for clients
Ensuring all work adheres to UKAS standards and HSG:264 guidelines
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
Providing technical support and addressing queriesCommutable Locations:
