The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of projects. This position demands a high level of expertise and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing project planning and resource allocation.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project progression.
Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Chartered status (RICS/APM) is ideal but not essential.
Must have previous experience in a Consultancy role.
A degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent is required.
