As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will take on a pivotal role in stage 5 coordination of MEP systems, particularly in the realm of new build and modular data centres. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute stage 5 coordination for MEP systems within new build and modular data centre projects.
* Utilize Revit MEP for clash detection, resolution, and overall coordination.
* Collaborate closely with project teams, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.
* Demonstrate expertise in BIM360 and Cobie to enhance project workflows.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of MEP coordination.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in stage 5 coordination of MEP systems.
* Expertise in using Revit MEP for clash detection and resolution.
* In-depth knowledge of new build and modular data centre projects.
* Proficiency in BIM360 and Cobie.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements:
* Full-time in-office availability (after probation, hybrid working may be considered).
