Main Purpose of Job: Accomplish project objectives by reviewing and planning project activities; developing quotations, evaluating implementation and progress of project; monitoring and development of projects team.

Responsible for: Projects team - Engineers, Estimators and Co-ordinators
* Assess, create and deliver project quotations.
* Ensure all materials are ordered in time to meet project deadlines and keep client updated with attendance and completion dates.
* Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
* Develop project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects department.
* Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
* Understand basic revenue models and profit and loss; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
* Support preparation of an departmental budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
* Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
* Submit project status reports to stakeholders, plan software releases, anticipate and react to change.
* Support Directors with accreditation papers during/after all jobs.
* To carry out any other tasks as may be delegated by your superior to meet the overall needs of the business
