We are growing our team and are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join us. You will be great at business development and be focused on delivering an outstanding service. You will either have 2-3 years demonstrable experience in a generalist recruitment setting or this role could also suit a recruitment co-ordinator, administrator or resourcer who is looking to progress their career.
Strong administrative and IT skills essential.
Job Summary:
Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and objectives
Contribute to achieving targeted sales and the organisational objectives of SVC Holdings Ltd and associated companies.
Promote and sell all Services of the Business to Clients - HR, Health and Safety, Training and Recruitment
Deliver the highest level of customer service to external customers – clients and candidates, and internal customers at all times
Place candidates into permanent job opportunities and/or temporary assignments
Role will include business development and on site client visits.
