Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
The Firm
Our client is a highly respected high – street practice with multiple offices in Essex. The firm is friendly and has a supportive working environment , the Private Client team pride themselves on being professional and approachable.
The Role
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Private Client Team based in Frinton. Although for the right candidate the role could be split between Frinton and Colchester.
The successful candidate will be handling a range of Private Client matters relating to.
* Non – taxable and taxable Estates, high value Estates of £1 million +
* Private Client fee earning work including , drafting Wills and LPA’s,
* Experience of Court of Protection work and application for Deputyships non- essential but preferred
* Experience of registration and administration of Trusts desirable
* Assisting elderly clients
* The caseload will be of good quality, interesting and varied
Requirements
* The position would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive minimum 1 year’s PQE
* Private Client experience essential
* Ability to communicate with a range of clients including elderly clients
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Enhanced career progression and management responsibilities
* While this is a full time position candidates who are looking for 4 days per week would also be considered
