The Role 

Craft and execute ground-breaking marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence and captivate the target audience within our industry.
Help increase sales by targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific customers/companies.
Carry out market research to identify areas to prioritise and aim our campaigns at
Keep in regular contact with our top customers, liaising with them to create joint marketing schemes, offers and deals.
Keep up to date with current marketing
Use, analyse and research using our website data and analytics, using this to help target specific companies with sales, offers and deals.
Help increase sales by building on and creating strong relationships with our customers. Regular contact is essential.
Work closely with our sales team to target customers and individuals with relevant marketing material.
Innovate and experiment with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and platforms to keep us ahead of the curve.
Continuously measure and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. 
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing management showcasing a track record of driving successful campaigns and exceeding targets.
Creative mind with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals, copy, and
A strategic thinker who can navigate the evolving marketing landscape, adapting to new trends and technologies.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a knack for fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools to extract insights and guide decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
