Cover Supply Primary Teacher (Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2) Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and schemes of work.
Provide cover for absent teachers in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, using proactive strategies to promote a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with their academic progress and personal development, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to teaching and learning across the school.
Cover Supply Primary Teacher (Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2) Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, with experience across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings and cover a variety of subjects as required.
