Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder/Fabricator at CB Skip Services located in Ipswich. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks, such as cutting metal, assembling and welding components, and repairing metal structures. You will also work with a variety of metals and materials to fabricate and create high-quality products.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role
* Proficiency in various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Experience with cutting and shaping metal using manual or automated tools
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for welding and fabrication
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good physical dexterity and stamina
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Valid welding certifications are a plus
