Project Manager
Trevett Services are working with a leading National Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an Project Manager to work in of Ipswitch.
This is a full time, permanent role in addition to a car allowance and a 10% bonus scheme.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager
* Project manage M&E refurbishments
* Plan and program work packages efficiently.
* Provide financial reporting for project mobilisation activities.
* Assist in the preparation of quotations for projects.
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful
completion within scope, time and budget.
* Attend project meetings to discuss overarching project strategies and
progress.
Experience required:
* Ideally would come from a Facilities Management background
* Managed M&E packages
* Stakeholder management
* Worked on refurbishment projects
