Our team of recruitment consultants earn on average £50,000 per annum with our best performing consultants earning in excess of £100,000 annually.

We offer the best salary and packages in Suffolk and you will be expected to make placements in your first full month of recruiting.

We have 3 commission schemes to maximise earnings and numerous incentives throughout the year, to give you an insight to life at Rubix, we recently sent our staff off on extravagant weekends to New York, Paris and London. We also regularly have friendly internal competitions to win prizes from iPads to spa weekends, to £500 cash! In addition to the fun prizes on offer, Rubix M&E are a genuine team - we host social events periodically and we are proud to have a very "family feel" to the group.

Your role will be largely outbound phone calls to candidates and when you are not on the phone selling, you will be; emailing, messaging, creating social media content as well as networking within your desk specialism to generate candidates.

You will be expected to be a genuine M&E recruitment specialist and demonstrate to candidates that you are an unrivalled expert in your field. With the guidance of our recruitment managers, directors and your open minded approach; we expect this to be a challenge accepted with a view of continued growth and progression.

No prior recruitment experience is needed however an outbound sales background is advantageous.

Our client base ranges from energy suppliers to leading mechanical and electrical contractors and you will be expected to recruit on a dual desk recruiting permanent and subcontracting candidates nationwide.
