A leader in the provision of FM services and commercial property maintenance is looking for experienced multi trade carpenter to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working on both reactive repairs and project works, carrying out internal maintenance to occupied and often live working environments. The works will based out of the East London/Essex area and will cover the M25 region as a whole, with occasional travel further afield into the wider South East England region.
The successful candidate will have:
* NVQ level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
* IPAF/PASMA
* At least three years property maintenance experience
* Skills in carpentry, drylining, painting and general building
* Experience working in occupied properties in a public and client facing role
* Full UK driving license
* DBS check
