Our client is a national developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
They predominantly build houses, and their apartment blocks are usually no more than 7 or 8 stories high. Developments are typically traditional brick & block build but they're starting to introduce Timber Frame into their regions (approx 6 sites).
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Norwich, Norfolk.
The role will report into the Head of Commercial.
Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience in housing developments. They will consider someone who has been a Quantity Surveyor for the past 5-6 years and is ready to take the next step up to Senior QS level.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £70k - £85k (depending on experience) + full package & bonus
