Role Branch /Divisional Manager

Location Norwich, Peterborough, or Ipswich

Package Up to 35K to 40K basic, plus car and commission

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work with my client who is a large established independent recruiter and who have over 70 branches and aggressive growth plans, they are excited to be looking for the perfect individual to take the lead and take the reigns of their established, successful Norwich branch or open a new office in Ipswich or Peterborough and work closely with the Norwich branch.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years experience within a Branch Manager role in the recruitment industry and have the ability to continue building and growing a branch as well as leading a team

About the Role:

* Generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities and keeping ahead of your competitors

* Working with integrity, including ability to relate to people and instil trust

* Continual relationship development

* Targeted on sales activity and revenue generation

* Effective management and development with your clients and accounts

* Regular national client visits, identifying gaps between expectations and delivery

* You will operate in a billing Managers role managing both clients and candidates

* Ability to lead, grow and motivate a team to deliver results
