We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated team working 35 hours per week, based in Norfolk.

About the role:

In this crucial role, you will play a key part in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals with eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver personalised treatment plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patients' physical and mental health.

* Delivering individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

* Educating patients and their families about eating disorders and treatment options.

* Providing support and guidance to patients as they navigate recovery challenges.

* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless and coordinated care.

* Contributing to the development and improvement of eating disorder services.

We are looking for someone who:

* Is a registered Mental Health Nurse with at least 3 years of experience working with eating disorders.

* Has a strong understanding of current best practices in eating disorder treatment.

* Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

* Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with eating disorders.

* Is flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

* Is a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
