Key Responsibilities:
Lead production operations, focusing on health and safety, efficiency, and quality.
Manage production lines, ensuring targets are met.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high production standards.
Ensures compliance to all BRC and customer requirements
Work closely with Engineering Team to ensure that downtime is minimised
Identify improvement opportunities within the production area and address them. Qualifications:
5+ years in production management, food sector preferred.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to deliver against KPI’s.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. Benefits:
