Trainee Warehouse Operative
The Role
The candidate will need to assist within the warehouse, supporting with deliveries, stock maintenance of a wide range of domestic consumer products. The candidate must be used to manual work, as the role involves regular heavy lifting to fulfil the job role requirements. The candidate must also be presentable, polite and respectful, along with an outgoing and cheerful personality to help support the various teams within the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assisting stores with picking kits for production
liaising and picking parts for repairs
Classifying tool locations and status
Booking in- Coming and outgoing tools within OMS
Assist with global technical issues via emails and other remote methods
Assisting field service champion in proteome testing and qualification
Inspection mechanical and electrical items at delivery
Manifesting tools for outgoing shipments
QC checking tools prior to shipping
Assisting the test department ahead of shipping tools
Awareness of compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that there is continual improvement
Perform any other responsibilities effectively and diligently, that the manager may consider being within the job holders’ range of capabilities

Required Skills/Competencies:
Good problem solving, analysis, and diagnostic abilities.
Good understanding of manufacturing methods and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Comfortable and effective at working in teams.
Ability to plan and manage day to day workload to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met.
Used to manual hands on work.

Working week
Between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
Total hours per week: 37.50
