R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Global Sales Manager to join an international, luxury equipment supplier. You will be instrumental in the continued growth of the business, overseeing local and international sales teams, and accessing new global markets.
This is a full time, permanent role based in the Norwich office, with international/European travel required, and is offering a competitive salary based on experience.

The day to day
* Developing and implementing a global sales strategy, driving new business and opening up new markets, as well as building strong partnerships with both existing and new organisations.
* Overseeing international sales teams, implementing strategy to ensure individual and team targets are being hit across the board.
* Working closely with the Managing Director to ensure Gross Profit targets are consistently met and reporting on company performance to inform further business strategy.
* Ensuring existing client account strategy is optimised for maximum profitability and efficiency.
You will have/be
* A strong sales background, and proven experience developing and implementing a successful and profitable sales strategy.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, and ability to communicate at all levels, building strong working relationships with both internal and external contacts across the globe.
* Analytical mindset and self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, as well as motivate global teams to maximise performance.
