My client, a successful privately owned retailer based in Norwich are seeking a Sales Administrator to join them at their Head Office and showroom.

This is a customer facing role, the ideal candidate will be somebody confident, organised and outgoing, full training on products and systems will be provided from the start of employment.

Key Tasks:

• Taking enquires from telephone, web based and face to face customers both trade and retail
• Processing sales quotations, sales orders, sales invoices, taking payments, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and communicating with the company warehouse in respect of deliveries and accounts

Benefits:

• 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch break (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
• Auto enrolment pension scheme with option to join the company scheme following a 3-month probation period
