Integrated Project Leader

Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
Salary: £80,000-£85,000 PA DOE + £6,500 car allowance
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind a suite of projects, crafting and executing delivery strategies that resonate with clients and lead to successful handover. Your leadership will guide the design, construction, commissioning, and aftercare phases, ensuring each project meets the agreed-upon standards and time frames within a dynamic and challenging environment.
As the custodian of these projects, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:
* Champion end-to-end project management, aligning with organisational objectives and adopting innovative approaches to enhance performance.
* Prioritise Health & Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) throughout all stages of project development and execution.
* Cultivate a high-performing team, mentoring individuals to fulfil their potential and bolstering both team and organisational prowess.
* Excel in stakeholder management, fostering collaboration and professional challenge to secure favourable outcomes for all involved.
* Devise and implement a commercial strategy that ensures the optimal delivery of a project portfolio.
* Navigate risk with a strategic leadership approach, applying mitigation strategies where necessary.
* Uphold stringent governance processes and procedures to manage and control projects effectively.
