Interim Complaints Manager
Location: Peterborough (3 days per week)
Salary: £(Apply online only) per day
Duration: 3-4 months
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Peterborough with their recruitment of an interim Complaints Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a complaints team within a social housing setting.
What will you do in the role?
* Co-ordination and oversight of ombudsman requests for evaluation
* Action the judgements and findings from the ombudsman
* Management of the complaints team of 6 Officers and a Team Leader
Who would excel in this role?
* Someone who can hit the ground running, with experience of managing a team of complaints officers
* Experienced in handling and actioning judgements and findings from the ombudsman
