We are delighted to be working with our Peterborough based client in this Customer Service Advisor role. This is a great opportunity to join a very well established business, in a full time permanent role. Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am – 6pm on a rotating shift and 1 in 3 Saturday morning requirement paid as overtime.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to deliver unrivalled customer service, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email communication, updating internal and external systems, you will be require to produce estimates and invoices, coordinate collections/deliveries, complete job packs, respond to queries and provide information relating to products and services.
To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor position, you will have proven customer service experience and stability within your positions. . You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, you must be able to demonstrate strong resilience and flexibility. Experience from within a service industry/automotive environment is desired. You will be organised with efficient diary management skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Great basic salary of up to £26k starting salary + overtime (Saturday rota’d hours) and quarterly bonus other benefits include:-
