The role: As a Customer Service Advisor at Coloplast, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers receive exceptional service. From processing orders to addressing customers queries, your dedication will contribute to a seamless customer experience.

The role is more than just providing assistance, you'll be an essential link in empowering Coloplasts’ consumers to lead fulfilling lives.

This is an inbound role and if successful, you will be taking calls throughout the day, talking to patients on a daily basis, so having empathy is key.

The candidate: This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent listening skills, and the ability to understand the needs of others are all key requirements - you will need to bring a results-oriented mindset. Ideally you will have had previous customer service/telephony or customer facing experience.

We require all new starters to be available with no holiday during the first 6 weeks of employment due to training requirements. The proposed start date will be the 24th June 2024
