Marketing Manager

Infinity Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our locally based Peterborough client in their search for a full time Marketing Manager, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to join a well established local business.

In this fully office based Marketing Manager position you will be required to lead a marketing team, with both traditional and digital forms of marketing. Day to day in this Marketing Manager role you will be responsible to:

Responsibilities

* Manage and Lead a small team including 121's and appraisals, support and coaching

* Develop and implement marketing strategies

* Create and Manage successful marketing campaigns

* Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns

Skills Required

To be considered for this Marketing Manager role you will :-

* Have demonstrable experience of both digital and traditional forms of marketing with strong copy writing and strong social media knowledge

* You will be an excellent communicator

* You will have team/work flow management experience
