Interim Support Manager - Elderly Residential Home

We are seeking an experienced Interim Support Manager to work with one of our clients small residential homes for the elderly. You will be working alongside the Registered Manager, supporting them with compliance, audits and action plans. This is a fantastic role for an experienced manager who is available immediately.

Audits:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of care home practices and procedures.

- Identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Action Plans:

- Develop and implement effective action plans based on audit findings.

- Monitor the progress of action plans and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Collaborate with manager and staff to address any issues and improve care delivery.

Care Compliance:

- Ensure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and regulations.

- Keep up-to-date with changes in care standards and implement necessary adjustments.

- Provide training and support to staff to maintain compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in interim management within the care home sector.

- In-depth knowledge of adults care home operations and best practices.

- Strong understanding of audit processes and experience in conducting audits.

- Ability to develop and implement effective action plans.

- Comprehensive knowledge of care compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Familiarity with CQC standards and experience in ensuring compliance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field.
