Line Operatives
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Line Operatives to work for our client based at their site in Warboys.
Duties will include:
* Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into plastic, wood, brick, metals.
* Use machinery to feed recycling waste for processing.
* Inspect materials for any contaminations.
* Clean and maintain equipment.
* Meet the requirements of audits and cleaning specifications.
* Ensure the correct protective equipment is correctly worn at all times.
* Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety.
Desirable skills and attributes:
* Being physically fit for this role is essential.
* Able to use own initiative.
* Must be able to work with noise and dust.
* Organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
* Follow health and safety rules.
* Works harmoniously with others to get the job done.
* Must be willing to work on the machines when needed (at an enhanced pay rate).
Temporary to permanent job for the right candidate.
Shift:
Weekdays: 07:00 – 19:00
Saturdays: 07:00 – 12:00
Working up to a 60 hour week when required (with generous OT pay rates)
Pay rate: Standard: £11.50 - £13.00PH – depending on experience
