Our client based in the North East have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Plumber to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Description:
* Handling plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
* Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in accordance with maintenance specifications.
* Installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
* Completing all relevant paperwork.
* Testing and inspection.
* Performing routine maintenance of plumbing systems within high security prisons.
Person Specification:
* Must have a valid CSCS Card.
* Must have proven experience of working on commercial maintenance projects.
* Must have NVQ 3 or equivalent.
* Must have a clean criminal record and no CCJ's/Black marks on a credit report.
* Must have a full UK driving license.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Can pass a CRB check.
* Ability to use own initiative.
* Desirable; manual handling, working at Height and face fit certificates.
* Must have commercial plumbing experience
