I am currently looking for a Plumber to start ASAP on a local authority contract based in Durham.
The vacancy is doing doing both Housing & Commercial projects - Revamping bathroom suites and refurb works on empty housing properties (rarely occupied).
(Training provided if haven't worked on commercial before)
Driving License and happy to travel is required as will cover sites around County Durham
Daily responsibilities may include:
Planned and reactive maintenance or pipework
Replacing taps, sinks etc
Fixing pipework
Fitting pipework
Emergency fix workTo be considered for this role, you must be willing to send us the following:
