Working Foreman / Supervisor

I am currently recruiting for a Working Foreman / Working Supervisor to work on multiple social housing contracts across the North East, including Durham and Newcastle.

One contract is to do finising work on new build social houses and one is to work on void properties doing full kitchems, repairs and maintenance.

The right candidate will be from a Joinery background but be multi-skilled.

They will also hold the following certificates:

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* CSCS (ideally blue or gold)

* NVQ in Joinery

* First Aid

* Health and safety

* Asbestos Awareness

Project durations vary.
