Nicholas Associates are excited to be working with a world famous brand based in Sherburn In Elmet.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in their factory based in LS25.
The role is working on days only - Monday to Friday rotating shifts 6am to 14.00pm and 14.00pm to 22.00pm - NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS!
The role is paying 44k.
What does the job entail?
* Perform fault-finding, problem-solving, and planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximize equipment reliability and performance
* Respond to internal customer needs to maximize production up time according to given priorities
* Comply with food safety standards and controls to ensure all work is carried out correctly and safely
* Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to promote health and safety, and/or operational efficiency and effectiveness
The successful candidate will have an engineering qualification (apprenticeship, registered college, or university), experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding, and strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience within food or FMCG environments would be highly desirable but not essential
