Person Specification
Have an enthusiastic interest in learning and developing a career within production
The role is open to any applicants of varying levels of experience as training will be provided
Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
Problem solving
Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards.
Be professional and process a polite and positive attitude.Duties
Operating manufacturing machines
Load and unload finished products
Labelling finished products
To carry out additional related duties as directed by the Line Manager
Work towards meeting production based targets
Carries out duties independently
Quality checking products
Adheres to the companies policies and procedures
Communicate effectively on-site, including passing on information to relevant departments if/when necessary.SHIFTS: Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available
PAY RATE: £11.44 - £15
