We are seeking a HR Consultant for our Education client based in Stockton on an initial 7 month contract paying between £31,900 to £40,500 + great benefits depending on experience.

This role allows flexible working & hybrid working.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -
* HR advise
* HR Support
* Grievance, performance, staff disciplinary, absence management, exit interviews
* staff development
* staff appraisals processes
* policy & procedure recommendations
* Managing complex Employee Relations (ER) cases,
* Education sector experience is desired
* Safeguarding experience is of an advantage
