I am searching for a detail-orientated and passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant with creative design flare to join an award winning, RIBA chartered practice in Newcastle. The team has a dynamic portfolio with projects spanning the Education, Heritage, Residential and Industrial sectors and have a variety of new, exciting projects on the horizon.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient experience, excellent technical abilities, and the motivation to progress their career. The practice has a strong focus on ensuring a great work life balance and creating a sociable and friendly office.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

UK based industry experience (this can be as a Part 1)
Able to work successfully as part of a team or independently
Good working knowledge of current UK building regulations
Strong technical abilities
Able to work within project deadlines, completing work to the highest standard
Be involved in the coordination of designs with other members of your team
Local to Newcastle upon Tyne
