Experience required: At least 2 years Lettings experience

One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Lettings consultant to join our client’s high-end Build to Rent development in Newcastle.

About our client: My client is a high-end Build to Rent company, who have assets all over the UK. They have further planned to increase their portfolio and are looking for an ambitious Lettings consultant who can enter and lease up the high-end apartments in this 300-unit single site development. You will be responsible for all customer service onsite as well as letting operations, so this is great for someone ambitious who wants progression.

Your role as a Lettings consultant will include:

• Conduct all property viewings within the development.

• Ensure that properties are presented well for letting.

• Manage leads and applications for viewings via salesforce, and ensure potential customers are kept in touch with available properties.

• Ensure that you provide exceptional front of house and back of house functions.

• Manage as well as coordinate resident bookings of amenity spaces.
