Elvet Recruitment has been appointed to recruit a Property Manager to join a prestigious property business in the Newcastle area.
Operating for over 8 years, this estate agent is passionate about delivering high standards of customer service.
Working across Newcastle and the immediate surrounding areas, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior property manager to join a progressive and growing business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
* Dealing with maintenance
* Ensuring compliance
* Organising works when required
* Organising tenancy paperwork
* Getting involved in serving section notices
* General Property Manager duties
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:45 to 5:30.
Salary is circa £22,000 - £25,00 however, this is flexible for the right candidate.
