A bit about the role:
* Are you passionate about technical training, customer support, and ensuring the highest level of service quality?
* We’re seeking a skilled Academy Training & Technical Support Specialist to join our team
* Conduct accredited technical training sessions for internal and external customers on assigned devices, care areas, and product lines (Mainly SCBA) Self Contained Breathing Apparatus
* Provide specialised service support for assigned devices, care areas, and product lines to both internal and external customers.
What’s required:
* Previous knowledge of SCBA (self contained breathing apparatus)
* Role may suit someone from the fire service / Rescue Service who has worked with SCBA
* Ideally a degree level or Higher education certificate in related engineering subject.
* A recognised teacher training program qualification such as City & Guilds course (Apply online only) PTLLS & 6304 CTLLS Post Graduate Certificate in Education or equivalent or be willing to attend a relevant course
