What You'll Do:
Be the friendly face of our client's company, providing expert guidance and information on their amazing homes available for rent.
Handle warm-hot inbound enquiries only.
Deal with pleasant calls with efficiency and ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
Utilise your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and rapport with prospective tenants.
Work closely with our onsite teams to seamlessly coordinate viewings and assist with remote tours, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every step of the way.
Keep abreast of the latest developments and key messages from our client's company, empowering you to confidently answer any questions that come your way.
What We're Looking For:
A customer focused person with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Exceptional listening skills and a knack for building rapport over the phone.
Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a knack for quickly learning new software.
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to adapt to change.
Experience managing a high-volume workload, coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills.
A team player with a keen eye for detail and good accuracy in your work
Your working hours:
35 hours per week on an alternating bi-weekly pattern
Weeks 1-2: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Weeks 2-4: Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 and Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00
