Customer Service Advisor 
Worsley 
£13.21 per hour 

Working in a growing, friendly and supportive team, we are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience for an on-going temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training. 

Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week)  
Once signed off, the role offers 3 days working from home as an option. 

Key Accountabilities:

Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls 
Placing orders accurately over the phone 
Entering customer and order details onto an intenral system
Explaining the benefits of ordering online with a view to encouraging further orders to be placed through the website
Answering queries and handling complaints as neededYou will need to demonstrate: 

Strong written and oral communication skills
Confident working knowledge of MS Office 
The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
Good organisation and planning skillsBenefits:
