They are looking to make their first CRO specialist hire and they need this person to build out the best CRO practices, and strategies and really define what this team will look like. There is scope to craft your team once you have built the foundation of what this CRO function will be.

The Role in a nutshell 
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering effective optimisation strategies. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will lead status calls and strategy sessions. Your expert insights and ideas will drive future optimisation activities, ensuring the achievement of client objectives and delivering a strong ROI.
Translate hypotheses into clear briefs for designers and solutions engineers.
Manage workloads and deadlines using agile methodologies, including stand-ups, Kanban boards, and weekly planning meetings.
Proactive and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and presence of mind.
You can bring your own tools and practices.   
What they're looking for 
If you have 2-4 years experience within a CRO role, either as a CRO Analyst, Junior CRO Consultant etc looking to take awesome clients of your own.
You want to get involved in pitching and selling CRO to prospective clients.
Excellent project management capabilities.
Experience with A/B testing.
Agency side or in-house experience.
Knowledge of analytics and DXP solutions, such as GA, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
Strong problem-solving skills and presence of mind.
