Deputy General Manager

Job description

We are currenley seeking a friendly and customer focused individual to join our team as a Deputy general manager for a fantastic venue in the Newcastle area.

In this role you would be responsible for providing exceptional service to the late night music venue. You would be managing a team of bar and floor staff for a length of 3 months with the chance to take a permanent position if you are the right candidate !  You would be ensuring the venue runs smoothly from open to close and have the ability to resolve any issues as and when customers arrive. 

If you have a passion for music and at least 2 years bar management experience this could be the perfect position for yourself !

 Duties:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have

- Mangage bar and floor staff , manage staff rotas

- Maintain a clean and organized front end area

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of hospitality and the ability to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Experience in bar management is a must 
- Understanding of food safety regulations and the ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements:
